No. The JPEG pages and the PDF structure are assembled in your browser and saved as a local blob, so nothing is sent to a server.
This tool builds a new PDF from images. Merging existing PDFs requires parsing their page tree, fonts and compression, which is out of scope here — export each page as an image first and add them in order.
Each page embeds a full JPEG at up to 2200 px on the long edge. Three 12 MP photos at high quality soon add up, so use smaller source images or compress them first.
The order shown in the file list, which follows the order you picked the files. To reorder, clear the field and pick the images again in the order you want.
Disclaimer: Files are processed inside your browser only. Nothing is uploaded or stored on a server, and the result disappears when you reload or close the page — download the file you need first.
