Zenlayer Cloud is an infrastructure-as-a-service platform focused on global reach, particularly in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Rather than competing purely on commodity pricing in established markets, it positions itself around locations and network paths that many larger clouds cover thinly.
The core catalog includes elastic virtual machines, dedicated bare metal servers, bare metal GPUs for AI training, and GPU VMs for scalable acceleration. Networking features extend beyond basic instances: bring-your-own-IP announcements, a global VPC spanning regions, a border gateway for BGP interconnection with other clouds and IXs, on-demand IP rotation, plus specialized offerings for VPN operators, data collection, and sandbox isolation workloads.
It is best suited to developers, network engineers, and enterprises running latency-sensitive services, regional expansion, or multi-cloud architectures that need direct interconnect options. Teams building VPN or proxy infrastructure and AI training clusters will find the specialized product lines relevant.
Prospective users should review the location list against their audience, confirm which features are available per region, and check pricing and provisioning details before committing. Instant provisioning is advertised, but capacity and GPU availability can vary by site. Overall, Zenlayer Cloud is a solid choice when geographic coverage and network control matter more than a broad managed-service catalo
