Brevn positions itself as a website AI assistant for businesses that lose visitors because no one is available to answer questions. Rather than a general chatbot, it is built around a narrow promise: train on your existing site content, respond instantly, and turn conversations into captured leads.
The core workflow is simple. You sign up with a business email, connect the assistant to your site, and it learns from your pages. It installs on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, Ghost, HTML and custom CMS setups. Once live, it answers visitor questions around the clock and collects contact details from interested prospects.
It fits small businesses, agencies and solo site owners who want after-hours coverage without staffing a live chat desk. Because setup is minutes rather than weeks, it also suits teams testing whether AI support reduces missed inquiries before committing to a larger helpdesk.
A practical suggestion: review the questions visitors actually ask in the first weeks and update thin pages, since answer quality depends on site content. Keep lead notifications routed to a monitored inbox. Brevn is best treated as a lightweight front-line responder, not a replacement for complex support operations.
