Yandex Music

Yandex Music is a subscription-based streaming platform built around the idea of assembling a personal music collection automatically. Rather than requiring users to build playlists from scratch, it analyzes listening behavior and generates recommendations, daily mixes, and themed selections that update over time.

The catalog combines tracks and albums with podcasts covering a wide range of topics, plus coverage of new releases. Playlists are organized by mood, genre, activity, and season, and the interface surfaces fresh suggestions each time you open the app. A single library holds saved music and subscribed shows together.

The service is aimed at Russian-speaking listeners and anyone interested in Russian and international music who wants strong recommendation-driven discovery. It also appeals to podcast listeners who prefer one app for both audio types instead of splitting music and talk content across services.

Before signing up, check regional availability: the web player displays a notice that the service is not available in some regions, so access may require being in a supported country. Users who can reach it should start with the personalized mixes and let recommendations settle over a week or two of listening.

Overall, it is a recommendation-first streaming option best suited to listeners who value automatic curation over manual library building.
