DesignSystemHunt

DesignSystemHunt is a curated directory dedicated to collecting the world’s finest design systems. Rather than listing every system in existence, it focuses on a hand-picked selection of 147 systems, positioning itself as a source of inspiration and reference for design and development teams.

The site organizes systems in a browsable collection, with each entry showing the system name, creator, and a short description of what it offers. A notable feature is the indication of whether a system has a Figma library, plus a Figma plugin and theme toggle for easier exploration. The range spans playful options like Wired Elements and Instagram UI Kit to production-ready frameworks such as Cloudscape from AWS and Wedges from Lemon Squeezy.

The directory is aimed at product designers, UI engineers, and design system leads who want to study how other teams structure components, guidelines, and design resources, or who need a starting point for building their own system.

When using the site, treat it as a discovery and comparison tool: check whether a listed system matches your tech stack, such as React or Tailwind, and confirm licensing before adopting components. Overall, it is a compact, well-curated reference for anyone working with design systems.
