Revue is a tvOS app built around a single idea: your IPTV channels should feel native on Apple TV rather than bolted on through a browser or a clunky companion app. It targets the Apple TV specifically, requires tvOS 26 or later, and is distributed through the App Store. The app adds no channels of its own, so everything you watch comes from playlists and stream addresses you supply yourself.
The feature set focuses on playback fidelity and source flexibility. It handles M3U playlists, plain live stream URLs, HTTP-HLS, RTSP and multicast streams routed through udpxy, which matters for carrier IPTV and home-network setups. Picture handling includes 4K HDR with per-channel HLG detection, and with Match Content enabled in tvOS the television switches frame rate and dynamic range to suit each channel. An XMLTV guide supplies program listings, and the player is tuned to keep audio and video in sync over long viewing sessions.
Sources appear in a sidebar, so live services, IPTV playlists and casting sit side by side. Casting from a phone plays full screen without first choosing a source. Favorites and grouping by category, such as HD, 4K or Sports, keep large playlists manageable. This makes Revue most relevant to people who already maintain their own playlist or receive IPTV from a provider, including home-lab users running udpxy or RTSP endpoints.
Before buying, confirm your playlist format and stream protocols are supported, and check that your Apple TV is on tvOS 26 or later
